Mayor Tatsumaki is the well-intentioned leader of Pixel City. Now past his prime and growing increasingly incompetent, he remains a lovable fool in the eyes of the city’s inhabitants. Thankfully his ever-reliable and deftly efficient chief-of-staff handles most of his important duties, allowing him to obliviously maintain his cheerful disposition.
